Promotional Offer Terms & Conditions

1. This promotional offer is valid for all customers who place an
online order through the Company’s website between 1
November and 30 November (inclusive).

2. Eligible customers will receive a gift card or discount code
equal to 7% of the net value of their previous online order,
redeemable against their next online purchase.

3. The discount will be issued once the qualifying order has been
completed and will remain valid for 30 days from the date of
issue.

4. This discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other
voucher, discount code, or promotional offer.

5. The Company reserves the right to revoke or withhold any
discount if the customer’s account or credit standing exceeds
30 days overdue at any time.

6. This offer is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and has no
cash value.

7. The Company reserves the right to amend, suspend, or
withdraw this promotion, in whole or in part, at any time without
prior notice.

 

General Terms of Service

1. Automated Pricing Updates

Our prices for jewellery and bullion are updated automatically based on real-time metal market rates. While we strive to ensure accuracy, there may be occasional discrepancies due to technical or system-related issues.

2. Pricing Errors and Corrections

If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a system error, typographical mistake, or automated miscalculation, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price. If your order has been processed and payment has been taken, we will notify you as soon as possible and issue a refund for the incorrect amount.

3. No Obligation to Fulfill Orders with Pricing Errors

In the event of a significant pricing discrepancy caused by a system failure or human error, we are under no obligation to fulfill the order at the incorrect price. We will contact you to provide an option to repurchase at the correct price or cancel the order with a full refund.

4. Payment Methods

Shopify Payments: We accept payments securely through Shopify Payments, which supports major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other region-specific payment methods. Transactions are encrypted and processed securely to protect your financial data.

PayPal:  All items can be paid for via a Paypal account. Please ensure that you enter the exact and correct name and address shipping details. By paying for your purchases through Paypal you can have complete confidence that all your personal credit card details remain completely private to you. Please include your telephone number and/or email with all orders.
